Looking for practical tools for teaching outdoors? SaskOutdoors is hosting a fun and practical training session aimed at introducing educators to the interdisciplinary Below ZERO Activity Guide.
The Below Zero Activity Guide (included in the workshop price!) is an educational program designed to promote understanding of wildlife under winter conditions. It includes 46 complete lesson plans that can each be adapted for any age, grade, or subject.
Participants will receive the activity guide in the mail then engage in two online learning sessions. Don’t fret about having to sit in front of a screen for there will be opportunities for movement, nature and collaboration!
