June 9 - 10, 2023
Online
The goals of this workshop are to help you:
This workshop is for anyone who is teaching in any form. This includes formal classroom educators, but also homeschool parents, park rangers, adult education instructors, nature center staff, scout leaders, environmental educators, and more. Beginners are welcome. Even if you haven’t taught yet, but you love nature journaling and would like to teach, we would love to have you join us!
On June 9 and 10, we will meet online from 8:00am to late afternoon Pacific time for classes, field assignments, roundtables, panels, and small group discussions. There will be breaks for meals and field work.
Each evening, we will have a keynote talk at 5:15pm. Rob Wade will give a talk on the first evening, and on the second evening, John Muir Laws will host a panel discussion with several experienced nature journal educators.
